Credit Card Refund Policy

If you require a refund for a credit card gift, please make your request to the hospital's Development office at zfsaied@etch.com . Refunds cannot be made on goods or services already received such as auction items, or payments for events already attended.  Refunds for ticket purchases cannot be made after the event has transpired.

 If you have not received your E-Ticket email after your purchase, please contact the hospital's Development office at zfsaied@etch.com , and they will get your ticket(s) to you.
