This Web site was created for the purpose of selling tickets for the nonprofit organization of East Tennessee Children's Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Should you decide to purchase a ticket you will be asked to provide your name, email, and credit card billing information. All of this information is encrypted using SSL and industry standard secure technology. This encryption is designed to prevent the theft or interception of the information you provide. SSL encryption is indicated on your Web browser by the display of a lock or key on the Web site or on the browser status bar. 
Children's Hospital does not sell, trade, rent, or share your information with any entity other than the vendor we have selected to process payment transactions which has its own privacy policy. 

Email Addresses 
This Web site collects your email address for the sole purpose of sending your ticket confirmation and ticket to you. East Tennessee Children's Hospital will not sell, trade, rent, or share your information with any entity. 

Security 
In addition to our vendor that processes credit cards using SSL encryption for all transactions, Children's Hospital does not store any credit card information on its servers. The Card Security Code is only used for credit card processing as well and is not stored in any way.
